Yes — and it's free. Every new client starts with a no-pressure meet & greet so your dog can get comfortable, I can learn their routine, and we can make sure it's the right fit before any stay.

Both are by appointment so every dog gets a calm, unhurried welcome instead of a chaotic lobby. Standard windows are mornings and early evenings, and I keep timing flexible for travelers — no stress if your flight lands late.

For everyday boarding and daycare, a few days' notice is usually plenty. Holidays and peak travel weeks fill up fast, so book those as early as you can. Regular clients get priority scheduling.

Cancel at least 48 hours before a boarding or daycare booking for a full credit. Holiday bookings require 7 days' notice. Training sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. (Confirm final policy details.)

To keep everyone safe, all dogs must be current on:

Rabies · DHPP (distemper/parvo) · Bordetella (kennel cough). Canine influenza is recommended. Proof from your vet is required before the first stay.

Dogs over six months old participating in group daycare or boarding should be spayed or neutered. Intact dogs can often be accommodated with private care — just ask. Females in heat cannot attend group services.

Absolutely, at no extra charge. Pills, drops, injections, and special diets are all part of the care. Just bring clear instructions and enough supply for the stay.

Your dog's safety comes first. I'm Pet First Aid & CPR certified, I'll contact you immediately, and if needed I'll transport your dog to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency clinic. See our Policies & Safety page for full details.

Yes. Dogs stay in a real home with beds, couches (if that's your dog's thing), and a fenced yard — never a concrete run or stacked crate. Crates are available only if your dog prefers one for sleeping.

We keep numbers intentionally small and capped, so every dog gets space, supervision, and real attention. Your dog will never be lost in a crowd of thirty.

Your dog's own food (portioned if possible), any medications with instructions, a favorite bed or blanket, and their leash and collar with ID. Familiar smells make everything easier. Toys are welcome but optional.

Every day, without you having to ask — real photos and an honest note about how your dog is doing. You can text or call anytime, too.

No breed restrictions here — we judge dogs as individuals, not by their looks. Every dog completes a meet & greet so we can ensure a safe, comfortable fit for them and the rest of the pack.
